TQIS has onsite contractors to look after Air Conditioner systems and the supply of utilities, consumables and printing materials. They also include welders to refurbish our Mud logging units and Fishing tools. TQIS utilizes onsite Engineering Support Services to“Turn Units around quickly” with the Off-site contractors carrying out welding, re-plating and spraying of Mud Logging units, Filtration units and Fishing tools.
Maintenance and Repair Services
TQIS main operational base in Port Harcourt is equipped to store, maintain, inspect, repair and overhaul equipment, inclusing those of external clients. With access to some foreign companies such as Measuresoft Incorporated, HRH Limited and Crowcon Detection Instruments Limited, the company opeartes with the level of efficacy required to deliver.
As would be expected of an indigenous oil service company, TQIS repairs, replaces, refurbishes and function tests all equipment within Nigeria without recourse to overseas support except of some few spare parts.
A very comprehensive stock of spare parts, equipment and materials for the support of all operations in Nigeria. Mud Logging and its associated services require that an extremely large and diverse variety of components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, utility materials, cables, consumable items etc., be retained as “Buffer stock”. These items are not dedicated to a single contract but rather they are available for use in all ongoing contracts or for servicing equipment in preparation for future jobs.
